Fibromyalgia sufferers will be happy to know that some relief may be on the way!
On a recent airing of the Dr. Oz show, it was revealed that regulating your diet may help reduce the nagging pain of fibromyalgia.
Reccommended: A diet free of gluten, dairy and nuts.
As a fibromyalgia sufferer myself, I find it extremely difficult to give up nuts – I so enjoy them, and they add quite a boost to many recipes.
However, if you want to control your pain without excessive medication, you may want to try the suggested regimen by omitting nuts.
Many of the recipes in my cookbook contain nuts – so, as yummy as they are, it may be wise to avoid them. Fortunately, there are many other tasty recipes you may enjoy.
